- - - General Rules. - - -
DO NOT REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE!
001. If you register more than once, your account(s) will be deleted. If you are having difficulties registering, email the head administrator, Jordan, at NoReallyImJordan@Yahoo.com, and she will do her best to assist you.
002. Any adult images submitted to any board other than the adult board will be immediately deleted! 'Adult' would be classified as nudity that shows nipples or groin areas. Bare behinds are not considered adult, nor are bare breasts-- unless they show nipples. Suggestive themes, poses, or other various sexual innuendos (such as a girl sucking on a Popsicle) belong on the adult board. Please respect our younger members.
003. Do not steal art. If you are found to have copied / stolen / altered and used another person's art in any way, your picture will be deleted and you will receive a warning. Repeat offenders will be banned; there will be no exceptions. Art theft is against the law. Anything that is created by an artist is automatically copyrighted to them, with or without a watermark, signature, etc.
004. Be respectful at all times. Rudeness will not, at any point, be tolerated. Keep in mind that, if someone is disrespectful to you, that does not give you the go-ahead to attack them back. Report them to an administrator.
005. Do not spam. This includes image spamming, comment spamming, and private message (PM) spamming.
006. Please put effort into your work. Any images that are sloppily drawn, pointless, or anything to that effect will be promptly removed.
007. Do not post links to an image that you drew in a comment. If you want people to see your drawing, upload it. If you don't have upload access, ask an administrator to upload it for you, or ask them to grant you upload access. Failure to obey this rule will result in a warning. If the image that you want to upload is too large for the size restriction of the board you want to upload it onto, crop a section of the image, upload that cropped section, and it will be permitted for you to post a link to the image in the comment.
008. Do not submit over 4 images within 24 hours to a single board. If you do so, the proceeding submission(s) will be promptly deleted by an administrator. Four images are allowed per board, per day.
009. No profanity. Swearing is only permitted if it is censored. Example: "That b---h stole my Kool-Aid!"
- Uploading Limits. -
FIVE uploads per user per month.
This rule applies to the following boards:

This rule excludes uploads to the Novice Board. It also excludes PaintChat uploads, as the paintchat is part of the Oekaki, itself.
- - - Novice Board Rules. - - -
001. Uploaded images must be 400x400 pixels or less and no larger.
002. All images posted must meet the minimal requirement of at least eight minutes of work(with effort). If the image posted is under eight minutes it will be deleted.
If you want to draw a picture reporting that you drew an image on another board, or on the same board, of this site, it is alright to do so. Each member is allowed to 'advertise' only twice a month. Any submissions advertised after you have reached your limit will be deleted.
- - - Main Board Rules. - - -
To draw on this board, please contact an administrator requesting access. You must provide three (3) images that you have drawn on our website that you feel prove your skill level. If we reject you do not be upset; simply try harder and apply again when you feel you have improved.
The images that you submit to apply MUST be drawn in the oekaki.
001. Uploaded images must be 800x800 pixels or less and no larger.
002. Please try to keep your lineart clean / smooth. If sketchy lineart is your style, then try to keep it as neat as possible. We will use our own judgment when deciding whether or not an image is too sketchy be to Main Board material.
003. Do not submit works in progress to the Main board. If you find that you cannot, at the time, complete an image that you are drawing on the Main Board do what is called a 'safety save' and simply work on the image later until it is complete.
- About 'Safety Saving'. -
When you go to submit your drawing, you will notice a drop menu that says 'Post now'. Click on that drop menu and select "save for later", and it will not post it until you are done with it.

If a Work in Progress (WIP) is found on the main board it will be marked as a WIP and sent to the "recover pics" section, which you'll find by the "My Oekaki" in the top left corner under the "view" drop menu. If an administrator has to WIP your works in progress repeatedly, then they will be deleted.
- - - Intermediate Board Rules. - - -
To draw on this board, please contact Jordan requesting access. You must provide three (3) images that you have drawn on our website that you feel prove your skill. If we reject you do not be upset; simply try harder and apply gain when you feel that you have improved.
The images that you submit to apply MUST be drawn in the oekaki.
001. Uploaded images must be 1000x1000 pixels or less and no larger.
002. Please try to keep your lineart clean / smooth. If sketchy lineart is your style, then try to keep it as neat as possible. We will use our own judgment when deciding whether or not an image is too sketchy be to Intermediate Board material.
003. Do not submit works in progress to the Intermediate Board.
- - - Game Board Rules. - - -
The General Rules apply to this board.
001. Uploaded images must be 600x600 or less and no more.
+ Though most of the images will not be incredibly detailed, we wanted to give you plenty of room for doodling. Do not abuse the canvas sizes! If you know that you will not use all the space, don't use a 600x600 canvas.
If you have any ideas for new games, please PM them to an administrator.
- - - Adult Board Rules. - - -
Anything that falls under the General Rules guidelines' of what is adult belongs on this board.
You do not have to put an adult tag on your picture, but you may if you wish. If you are not sure if it is adult or not, please safety save your image and consult Jordan with any concerns and she will verify the maturity level of the image. Any other concerns or questions regarding the adult board should also be forwarded to her.
